Physical Therapy at your convenience —Home Visits, Telehealth, or In-person appointments.

Home Visits

For some of my patients who are pressed for time or who may not be able to travel, I do home visits. After an initial phone conversation to see if it is a good fit, we set up a mutually convenient time.

Telehealth Sessions

If you need Physical Therapy during the pandemic, I am here to help. I can provide a thorough evaluation and teach you or you and an attendant/helper how to perform self-pain relief techniques or exercises to help you get well and facilitate healing.

You can use a computer or smart phone on a HIPPA secure platform. I will talk you through the steps to make this method work for you with ease.

“I have Frontotemporal Degeneration, a form of early onset dementia. I was having trouble with my leg muscles and issues with balance and mobility. In one session, Bridget taught me how to prevent falls, manage stairs, stretch spasming muscles, and build strength. She gave me an exercise routine and did some therapeutic massage on my legs, giving me immediate relief.

I am very grateful for her expertise, kindness, patience, and gentle spirit. I highly recommend Bridget as a physical therapist for individuals living with dementia.”
