Recreational & Professional Athletes

I love to challenge you to reach your maximal potential and even return to improve on your pre-injury athletic performance where possible. I have experience with runners, dancers, golfers, basketball, racquet athletes, skiers, yoga, and Pilates practitioners. I have worked with both recreational and professional athletes (US Olympic Ski Team) retraining sports specific biomechanical elements to maximize performance.

Community Members

Mothers of all ages including new mothers/recent post-partum, weekend athletes or those simply wanting to safely get fit following periods of loss of focus on their own health and fitness!

Elder / Senior Physio

I can help those concerned about frailty after illness, independence in the home, balance & fall prevention, osteoporosis prevention and/or treatment.

Students

For younger people who are on school teams and who want to improve performance or recover more quickly from an injury. I create modified and targeted exercise programs to get them back in action sooner. My clients include elementary up to college-aged and ages 5 and up who may be on school sports teams, dancers, or athletes of all ages.
